Fraudulent Activity Warning and Disclaimer

It has come to our attention that several Medicom customers have received fraudulent emails from unauthorized third parties not associated with Medicom or its affiliated companies. The senders of these emails often go to great lengths to make their messages appear legitimate by using company logos, legal disclaimers, etc. However, these are not legitimate Medicom communications. Should you receive any of these emails, do not follow any links provided or click on any attachments. Instead, simply delete the email. If you have accidentally selected a link, you should run a virus scan immediately.

Please also note the following:

  1. Only emails sent from,,,, or are legitimate; however, it is possible to make emails appear to come from one of these domains, so please remain vigilant.
  2. Medicom personnel do not request payments, personal information, financial information, account numbers, IDs, passwords, or copies of invoices in an unsolicited manner through email, mail, telephone or fax.
  3. Medicom personnel will NOT change payment method before or after shipment and will NEVER ask customers to make payments to any third party.
  4. Medicom products are NOT sold online, nor do we sell directly to individuals. Medicom products are sold only through our authorized dealers. Therefore, should you see “Medicom” products offered for sale on any web page, social media post or other platform, please be aware that the offer is FRAUDULENT and not associated with Medicom or any of its affiliated companies.

Medicom accepts no responsibility for the quality of any “Medicom” products purchased online or for any costs or charges incurred as a result of fraudulent activity.
